What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a natural state of the mind. It occurs in the Beta (akin to daydreaming or meditation) and Theta (like in REM sleep) brain wavelengths. Though very deep hypnotic state does induce Delta brain waves, like we experience in deep, dreamless sleep.

Is Hypnosis mind control?

No. Hypnosis is a trance state, much like daydreaming. It is done by inducing a deeply relaxed state to access the subconscious mind and allow you to release whatever it is that is keeping you from living your best life. You are in complete control the entire time and you cannot be made to do anything that is against your values or morals.

Who Can Be Hypnotized?

Anyone with an open mind, reasonable intelligence level and cognitive function, and an ability to concentrate can be hypnotized. With belief and desire, you can achieve results.

Is Hypnosis Safe?

Not only is hypnosis safe, it's deeply relaxing. There is no documented cases of harm coming to anyone in hypnosis.
